everything is fine, the room is a nice size and well-appointed with tea, external fans, the cupboard. the hotel's location is lovely and stunning, close enough to many restaurants, pubs and shops, and the pub. the venue provided an efficient customer service during our christmas.

Shower did not work but the manager dealt with this issue effectively. Some younger members of staff could learn about customer service from Trish as attitude left a bit to be desired.

Located centre of high street of town, offers very clean, spacious rooms with some thoughtful amenities. B'fast (included) was of high quality. I requested a quiet room (for work) and was given just what I needed.
For what I paid, I received more than the quality/level of service I expected.
